Keanu Reeves: Motorcycle obsessive, Hollywood actor, all-round swell guy, and now the voice of fictional Canadian stunt rider Duke Caboom in the upcoming Toy Story 4.
We all know Keanu Reeves loves him some motorcycles, he even went so far as to create his own manufacturer. Now Keanu has lent his voice to Pixar for their fourth instalment in the Toy Story franchise as stuntman toy Duke Caboom.
Caboom, who obviously takes more than a little inspiration from Evel Knievel, is introduced in the latest trailer, and I’m pretty sure he’s going to be a fan favourite. He’s got the Canadian flag cape, look-at-me attitude, the greatest handlebar moustache we’ve ever seen on a fictional children’s toy, and some pretty slick stunt moves.
It looks as though Duke will play quite an important role in the film, partnering with everybody’s favourite, Woody, and we hope to see plenty more stunts than just the one jump teased in the trailer.
In fact, we’d love to see an animated short (at the very least), centred around Duke Caboom and his antics.
Duke Caboom and the rest of the Toy Story 4 cast jump into theatres (does anybody really call them that anymore) on June 21.
