Russian police are going to make use of them at next year’s World Cup.
Kalashnikov, the company best known for the almost ubiquitous AK-47 assault rifle seem to be making a play for purposeful electric motorcycles now.
According to Jalopnik, the Russian company presented their demo machines at the 2017 International Military-Technical Forum last month and they’ll be supplying at least fifty of the battery-powered steeds to the local Police for the 2018 Fifa World Cup.
With a proposed range of 100 miles they’ll also come in a more ‘combat focused’ version which comes in camouflage paint and a gun rack – one that is probably capable of mounting a rifle…
(If only we knew of a company that makes them).
