Michael Dunlop dominated the opening Supersport race on the Isle of Man.
WIth the race being delayed because of rain, what should have been a morning race became an afternoon on drying roads for the Supersport competitors.
Not that this mattered to Michael Dunlop at all. After briefly exchanging places with James Hillier in the opening lap, it was all Dunlop as he cruised to victory by over 13 seconds on his Yamaha R6.
With the Kawasaki ZX-6R of Hiller in second place, the podium was rounded off with another superb display from Peter Hickman on his Iron Maiden/Trooper beer clad, Triumph Daytona 675R.
