The fashionistas have been peddling a fair bit of biker-inspired clothing of late.
You’ll find a Brando jacket or a Belstaff look alike on most high street clothing rails; and in a weird ‘you looking at us, looking at you’ kind of way, bike clothing manufacturers have been making lots of bike clothing that looks like casual stuff.
Maybe they need to chat…
Anyway, the latest addition to the ‘us’ catalogue are the Bull-it Tracker 17 jackets: traditionally styled, 13oz twill denim jackets which come with all the protective trappings you’d expect from a bike jacket.
Inside there’s a Covec SR6 liner, elbow and shoulder armour and a wick -way mesh for comfort. There’s a pocket for a back protector and the arms are contoured too.
The 13oz twill denim is also treated with a water-repellent finish, and Bull-it say they’ve optimised the ride height of the waist to ensure maximum fashion whilst still covering the lower back when riding.
There are also air vents front and back, internal belt hoops for “jeans connectivity”, and plenty of pockets for all your crap… errr daily essentials.
The girls get a light blue version only with a furry collar. The boys get to choose between light blue or black, but don’t get the fur.
