Deadpool and Ghost Rider (about time) to make their motorcycle lid debut.
HJC have been on a bit of a roll with the movie and TV licensing maneuvers of late. With the first range of Marvel helmets taking the market by surprise and then following up with some amazing Star Wars movie tie-ins, it seems as if HJC’s novelty – but safe – lid department can do know wrong.
So today’s announcement of Ghost Rider and Deadpool helmets comes as no surprise to anyone. And it’s clear that with the Marvel catalogue barely having it’s first few pages turned, that there are plenty more to come.
The Deadpool helmet from HJC features a textured, matte-red finish which aims to replicate Deadpool’s suit, and tries its best to mimic those large black eyes.
The Ghost Rider is perhaps a little more traditional, and takes on a retro-comic look that HJC is hoping will make flames, skulls and chains cool again.
Ghost Rider will be offered on the FG-17, HJC’s fiberglass helmet, while Deadpool will be featured on the IS-17 model with an inner, drop-down sunshield.
Deadpool will be offered at $299 USD and Ghost Rider will be offered at $309 USD respectively in North America. There is no word on European prices as of yet.
